What is Cryptocurrency?
At its core, cryptocurrency is typically decentralized digital currency designed to be used over the internet. Crypto makes it possible to transfer value online without the need for a middleman like a bank or payment processor, allowing value to transfer globally, near-instantly, 24/7, for low fees.
Cryptocurrencies are usually not issued or controlled by any government or other central authority. They’re managed by peer-to-peer networks of computers running free, open-source software. Generally, anyone who wants to participate is able to.
If a bank or government isn’t involved, how is crypto secure? It’s secure because all transactions are vetted by a technology called a blockchain.

I am attempting to purchase crypto currency through the HUMBL Wallet but I am receiving an error message.
If you are experiencing a failed transaction when attempting to purchase crypto using a credit or debit card in the HUMBL Wallet, it has likely failed as a result of fraud rules established by our processing provider, or by the card issuer blocking certain transaction types (e.g. transactions related to crypto). Unfortunately, due to the increased fraudulent activity of card transactions in the digital assets industry, our processing provider has very conservative fraud rules that block many transactions or activities that are suspected of fraud. At this time, our processing provider does not have the ability to adjust the fraud rules to increase the volume of successful transactions.

Some transactions require a two step authentication in order to process. If you are asked to enter codes, you will receive one via SMS and the other will be delivered as a temporary authorization on your banking statement.

If for some reason you do not receive a code on your statement, please contact your bank as they can provide one to you.
We recommend that you contact your bank prior to attempting to purchase again as there are time out limits as well as daily limits for attempted purchases.
